Terms and conditions

By accessing and participating in TEAM EPIC SPORT TRAINING CO. L.L.C. (the "Academy"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Enrollment and Fees: Enrollment in the Academy is subject to availability and acceptance of your application. Payment of all fees is due at the time of enrollment.

Health and Safety: You acknowledge and agree that your participation in the Academy is voluntary and carries with it certain inherent risks, including the risk of physical injury. You are responsible for ensuring that you are in good physical health and able to safely participate in the Academy's activities. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, you agree to disclose them to the Academy staff and follow any recommendations or restrictions as advised.

Code of Conduct: You agree to adhere to the Academy's code of conduct, which includes respecting your fellow participants and the Academy staff, following all rules and guidelines, and maintaining a positive attitude. Any violations of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including removal from the Academy.

Intellectual Property: All materials and content provided by the Academy, including but not limited to training drills, exercises, and plays, are the property of the Academy and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any such materials without the express written consent of the Academy.

Waiver of Liability: You acknowledge and agree to release and hold harmless the Academy, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Academy, whether such liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arise before, during, or after your participation in the Academy.

Medical Treatment: You acknowledge and agree that the Released Parties are not responsible for any medical treatment you may require as a result of your participation in the Academy, and you agree to be solely responsible for obtaining any medical treatment you may require. You further release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with any medical treatment you may require in connection with your participation in the Academy.

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions and any non-contractual rights or obligations arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates.

Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By participating in the Academy, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these terms and conditions and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not participate in the Academy.
